I didn't know Jordan but Phil is genuinely one of the greatest guys I know and I'm sure Jordan was just like him. I know that it doesn't mean much, and you're probably sick of hearing it but I am sorry about what happened with Jordan. I know what it's like to lose a family member, and even though it's a completely different situation, I know what you're going through. I just wanted to let you know that I still think about you guys and pray for you all often. I hope you are all comforted by a belief in Heaven and that you will all get to be together again one day!
Love always, Katie

Dear Mann Family,
Mine may not be a name you recognize, but I have always remembered Jordan's charisma from when we were in Mrs. Otey's fourth grade class together. I just today found out about your loss, and I am so sorry to hear about it. My thoughts are with you all.

I thought waiting to write my thoughts of Jordan would make it easier but I'm still at a loss. I remember the smiling faces of Jordan and Phillip both when they came to Briarwood (the "Mann Boys" as I called them). Jordan was always one of the students who just made you feel good about yourself. Even though I know he didn't really like everything I had them do, you wouldn't know it by watching him. What a deep soul in that little "Mann". Each day was a delight when I saw him and we developed a great friendship. Even though life was good for Jordan, he always made it about others. I have kept a picture he drew for me when he was in second grade and that tells you what a deep impression he made on my life a his P.E. teacher. People like Jordan are rare and I am so greatfull to have been a small part of this great young man. My love to all of you. Mickey Greene Physical Education Briarwood Elementary

Thank you for the update.
I continue to think about Jordan and to keep your family in my prayers. I wish peace and comfort to you all. While many move on with their lives, you are left to make sense out of this confusing turn of events. Please know that you are not forgotten, and Jordan lives on in all of our hearts. Peace and Love, Beth

I had the opportunity to work professionally with Jordan. I was his recruiter and I must say, he was the most pleasant candidate to work with. So persistent and so excited about the future. I am deeply sorry for your loss and only wish I had the opportunity to work with him longer. He was an outstanding individual who was just a joy even to speak to over the phone. On behalf of High Profile Staffing, our thoughts and prayers are with Jordan and his family.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Mann & Phil,
What a joy and honor it has been to learn about Jordan and his life through my precious friend Elizabeth. Having loved Elizabeth since she was a little girl, I easily understood why Jordan loved her so... and since she has shared him with me, I know why she loved him so much in return... What a lucky pair to have such a love.
As a mother, I must tell you that I read these entries and hear stories about Jordan and your family and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you two are incredible parents... what lucky boys! And how amazing that you all love Elizabeth so much and are supporting her in such special ways. What a great example for other parents and friends to follow.
I cannot comprehend the depth of your sorrow nor the emptiness in your hearts... I just felt that in some way I needed to let you know that Jordan's "ripple effect" and PASSION have reached far beyond what you might know.
My prayers for peace are with your family.
Love, Heather Warren

I meet Jordan when he was in High School (10 grade). When he started to come with Phil and the gang to get their Haircuts and eyebrows waxed. I got to see Jordan grow- up. As a quite kid that was shy with the girls. To hearing he has a girlfriend. With him coming into the salon and we talk about everything from family, school, the crazey stuff he did with friends,or girls that would hit on him. And then from a college kid to a man. It was always fun when he came in to get his haircut (when he was back in KC. He had 45 mins to tell me everything that was going on from the last time he was in. He is the one guy you would always what to be around. Just with his out look on life in general. He will be missed.
