A.

I wasn't friends with Jordan in high school. But you didn't need to be friends with him to know he was special. All you needed was to listen to him talk in class, to watch him kick a ball around, to see him with his buddies, to catch him smiling...He affected more people than he or his family will ever know.

Matthew 5:4
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

  Jordan,
I never had the pleasure of meeting you but I consider your mother a special friend and kindred spirit. Through our girls' trips together I've learned much about you because, as you know, mothers love to share stories about their kids! You will always be her cherished baby.

Based on the photos I've seen of your vivacious personality and award winning smile, I can easily see why you are so loved. Your passion for life will continue to inspire your friends and family every day until you are reunited.

Mr. & Mrs. Mann, Phil, & Family-
I cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. The service yesterday was beautiful and showed, without a doubt, how many people in this world love Jordan and will miss him dearly. Your family will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.

Jordan- I truly cannot put into words how much you impacted my life. Not only did we have some amazing times together, but I am a better person because of your friendship. Your love and passion for life, for your family, for Elizabeth, and for your friends will always inspire me. You were a blessing in my life and every life you touched. The authentic community will never be the same without you. I will miss you more than you know, I love you, God Bless.

  Lisa and Phil,

I work with Lisa at Hallmark. The terrible darkness that you are enduring is beyond any words that I could say to relieve your pain. I didn’t know Jordan but from what I have read he must of become what every parent dreams about when they first lay eyes on on their child at birth. What happiness and joy he brought with him into this world only makes his leaving the more agonizing. There is no explanation. There is no logic. There is no fairness. There is only the terrible pain of an unjust death. And the shattered remnants of those who loved him most.
We too lost our precious son at age 21.
May God give you strength to endure the time ahead. May God comfort and protect Jordan until the day that you can hold him again.

  Dear Mann Family,
I cannot explain in words how sorry I am for your loss. Jordan was one of the most ambitious people I have ever met. He was blessed with talents and abilities that are very hard to find. Always a joy to be around. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
--Jordan-- Every day that goes by I wish you were here. I will forever remember the great times we had together, our 21st bday party, the crazy business ideas, and of course all the soccer. Writing this is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I miss you man. You are truly a wonderful person whom I shared many passions with. Life will not be the same without you. I love you man!

With Deepest Sympathy,

Michael Uremovich

I was lucky enough to meet Jordan whenever he came to visit Phil at DePauw, and my visit to KS. He was bright, genuine, and carried himself with dignity and respect. My family and I send our regards and will continue to keep Jordan and the Mann family in our thoughts and prayers.
